If you have Microsoft Excel, it can also generate the NY HUT, OR HUT, NMWDT, and KYWDT Report. We are working on the forms for all individual jurisdictions (we have AB, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, etc).
